• University of Tsukuba students and faculty/staff (degree and non-degree programs)
• General non-profit organizations and individuals
• General for-profit organizations and individuals
• Organizations and individuals approved by the programming committee

Religious or political activities and unauthorized commercial use are not permitted.

Anyone may enter and use the facility, whether or not they are affiliated with the University of Tsukuba.

Reservations must be submitted in advance for exclusive facility use or organized programs. See our reservation application.

• Keep valuables with you at all times.
• The entire premises are smoke-free.
• Please do not monopolize open seating areas.
• Food and drinks are allowed, but please avoid strong odors.
• Sound equipment, instruments, presentations, and similar activities require a program application.
• Take your trash with you and help tidy up after use.
